Usually it's me that picks the participants in the exclusive mixtape series, but with this one Danny had to step in. Danny has so much respect and love for this guy that it was imperative we featured him in the series, and actually I think it follows on quite nicely from the Ghosts of Venice one we put out the other week. Mark is a Newcastle house legend, resident of Shindig for the past 7 years, and lives and breathes music everyday through the Newcastle based music school 'Generator', where he teaches kids to DJ and produce, lessons that my housemate 'Decibel' personally benefitted from. This mix demonstrates perfectly what Mark is about, and for many will be an education on progressive house and electro. Enjoy.
