Exclusive Mixtape Series #18: Arveene & Misk

Since there birth in Dublin, the Arveene & Misk partnership has consistently grabbed the attention of artists and fans across the world. Although only being around for just two year they have official remixes with the likes of Kitsune, Mr. Oizo, Calvin Harris, Kelis and Turbo  to name a few. Their work ethic is hard and the praise they receive is very much justified.

2011has already seen two EP releases with a third just round the corner coming out on Arcade Pony (video exclusive coming this week) The beauty of A&M is that everything they have released has been different, creating a back catalogue of original productions and remixes which provide variety of all fans. Their pervious releases have jumped into a variety of genre pools, covering all angles of pitch bent arpeggiated leaved, old school pianos, deep bass and of course straight up club bangers for all the family.

Between all these recent EP releases, live shows and being all round nice guys, A&M have began working on their debut. We have been promised an album which will “be a genre-busting collection of dance floor heat that showcases the wide breadth of their musical tastes.” Keep it peeled for that and enjoy mixtape #18.
