Mike Dytri has been on my radar for a good while now, as various friends in LA have alerted me to his brand Ludwig, and more recently Ludwig's collaboration with Vans. The collaboration in particular caught my attention; most collabs these days are played out, boring, and predictable. Mike however went about it differently, and chose to make his Vans out of fabric that he'd picked up, and that was genuinely the last of it's kind left, ensuring a truly limited run of shoes.
Following from this I was really keen to have a chat with him about Ludwig, Vans, how he juggles two jobs and his future plans for the brand.
