I went to London Zoo for the first time ever the other week and it was actually amazing fun. Animals are rad. Here’s some of my favourite photos.
Boikzmoind Screening

Two weeks ago I had the upmost pleasure of being able to see a screening of Gavin Strange’s new fixed gear film ‘Boikzmoind’ at the Apple Store on Regents Street in London. I’m not sure if anyone remembers but I interviewed Gavin two years ago about the project, and since then he’s scrapped the footage, changed direction, and kept going to produce this beautiful, captivating and funny movie about what it means to ride fixed gear in Bristol.
The focus of the film is fun. After all, bikes and bike riding is fun, and the film does a lot to convey that feeling that I know I share, and everyone in that room shared. If you get the opportunity to see it, and you have even the tiniest interest in bike riding, fixed or not, I urge you to check it out. It’s fantastic.
